Translating Evidence into Impact: A Framework for Economic Mobility
Project Director and Framework Lead
Developed and led a cross-sector initiative examining how workforce pathways, housing stability, early childhood supports, digital access, and place-based conditions shape economic mobility. Directed the review and framework-development strategy, integrated perspectives from state and local leaders, and guided an AI-assisted, human-validated evidence-synthesis process. The work produced a peer-reviewed protocol and a practical foundation for helping public and philanthropic leaders assess economic mobility across interconnected systems
