About

I am a learning, evaluation, and impact leader with 15 years of experience helping organizations use evidence, community knowledge, and learning to strengthen strategy, guide decisions, and advance systems change.

Across philanthropy, government, applied research, and community partnerships, I have directed complex mixed-methods initiatives, led multidisciplinary teams and advisory structures, and developed learning approaches that connect evidence to strategy and action. My work draws on participatory research, culturally responsive evaluation, implementation science, and systems thinking.

A consistent thread throughout my career is a commitment to ensuring that the people most affected by programs, policies, and systems have meaningful influence over how questions are asked, how evidence is interpreted, and what happens next.

I hold a PhD in Community Psychology with a specialization in Program Evaluation from Michigan State University and have worked across public health, healthcare, economic mobility, community development, and other systems-focused initiatives.

Current Work

I currently serve as Manager of Learning & Evaluation within Philanthropy, where I lead learning and evaluation across philanthropic investments and work with colleagues and partners to connect insights to strategy, decision-making, and impact.

Leadership Approach

My leadership is grounded in clarity, trust, collaboration, and shared purpose. I create structures that help people make sense of complex information together, connect work across organizational boundaries, and translate learning into coordinated action. I aim to strengthen both the decisions organizations make and the relationships and capacities that allow those decisions to be implemented.
